1. What type of products and services do you offer?

We offer a variety of essential products and services from different Partner brands.

2. How do I order?

Simply click "Add-to-Cart" then proceed to check-out when you are done. The costs including shipping fees will be automatically calculated.

3. Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver. Our trusted delivery partner is MrSpeedy and FifthExpress.

For MrSpeedy, rates are directly computed upon checkout and same rates are reflected when you visit their website at mrspeedy.ph/order with Lunsay Online Store @ Malago Edible Garden San Mateo Rizal as pick up location.

For FifthExpress, rates are based on a flat rate of Php119 for Metro Manila Areas only.

4. Do you allow pick up?

Yes. We allow scheduled same day pick up with own booking arranged by customer.

5. When can I pick up my order?

Details will be sent through SMS or email if your order is available for pick up. Kindly wait for a confirmation from Lunsay Online Store.

6. What are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees vary depending on the type of product. For perishable, fragile and time-specific items like Party Trays, Cakes, Meal plans etc. delivery is computed based on MrSpeedy computations. For non-perishable items, we use FifthExpress.

7. How fast can you deliver?

We do same day delivery for perishable, fragile and time-specific items like Party Trays, Cakes, Meal plans etc. or up to 3 business days for shipped parcels. The time it takes to deliver depends on the availability of the product as well as the type of product you wish to order.

8. Can I specify a delivery time and date?

Yes, you can. When you reach the cart page, you will see "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER" and a mandatory "SELECT PICK UP OR DELIVERY DATE" picker where you can specify the date you expect to receive your orders.

9. How do I pay?

10. Do you accept COD?

We don't accept Cash On Delivery. Orders have to be settled through any of the payment gateways we provided. It is faster and more convenient.


11. Do you issue Official Receipt?
Yes. Partner brands may issue using their own receipt. If not, we may issue using Lunsay Online Store - Non-VAT.
